No legal fog. Here is exactly how buying from us works, what you agree to, and what you keep.
Digital goods only — readings computed from the birth details you type and unlocked instantly on your device, and print-at-home plates. Nothing ships. Gumroad is the seller of record and handles payment and VAT; your birth data never goes to them, or to us.
UK and EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about most online purchases. For digital content there is a standard exception: when you choose to unlock your reading immediately, you agree that delivery starts at once and that you waive the 14-day cancellation right for that item. That's the trade for instant delivery, and you'll see it stated at checkout — not discovered afterwards.
If you buy and don't unlock, the 14 days stand — write to us and it's refunded, no questions.
If your reading is wrong about the sky — a position, a date, an orb — that's a defect, and you get a correction and a refund. If a quiet chart was sold a reading without the quiet verdict being shown first, that's our failure: full refund. And if within 7 days you simply feel the reading wasn't worth what you paid, tell us in one sentence and we'll refund it. We'd rather lose £2.99 than argue.
Your statutory rights are untouched by anything above: content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, or your local equivalent). Nothing on this page reduces them; the promises here sit on top.
Reply to your Gumroad receipt email, or use the refund button on the receipt itself — Gumroad processes it back to your original payment method. No forms, no calls, no "retention team". Questions first? Talk to a human.
