01 · What you’re buying
Your Eclipse Edition is a digital good only: a reading computed from the chart on your device, unlocked with a licence key. Nothing ships. Gumroad is the seller-of-record for this £7 SKU; price and tax treatment are shown on its checkout before you pay. Birth date and time are not sent to Gumroad. Other planned editions are not for sale yet.
02 · The 14-day rule, honestly explained
UK and EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about most online purchases. For digital content there is a standard exception: when you choose to unlock your reading immediately, you agree that delivery starts at once and that you waive the 14-day cancellation right for that item. That is the trade for instant delivery—agreed at the act of unlocking, never discovered afterwards. If you buy and do not unlock, the 14 days stand: write to us and it is refunded.
03 · Our own promise—wider than the law
If your reading is wrong about the sky—a position, a date, how close two planets really are—that is a defect, and you get a correction and a refund. If a quiet chart was sold a reading without the quiet verdict being shown first, that is our failure: full refund. And if within seven days you simply feel the reading was not worth what you paid, tell us in one sentence and we will refund it.
04 · What never changes
Your statutory rights are untouched by anything above: content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK or your local equivalent. The promises here sit on top.
05 · How to claim
The Gumroad receipt carries the refund route and order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method. No calls and no retention team. Questions, licence problems and refunds: contact@astroprecise.app. Or talk to the maker.
