Terms of Use

By using Astro Precise you agree to these terms. They are written to be plain and fair. In short: the astronomy is computed honestly and offered for insight and enjoyment — not as professional advice — and anything you buy is a digital product delivered instantly.

The service

Astro Precise computes birth charts, horoscopes, transits, and related readings from published astronomical algorithms (VSOP87, ELP2000, and Meeus’ methods), running in your browser. Positions are accurate to roughly an arcminute for the supported era; the service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Not professional advice. Astro Precise is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility. If you need help, please consult a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The site design, text, generated artwork, and software are owned by Astro Precise unless stated otherwise. A chart or share-card you generate from your own birth data is yours to keep and share for personal use. Underlying astronomical algorithms are public-domain science.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (place-name geocoding, public space-weather feeds, fonts, optional map tiles, and — for purchases — a payment provider). Their availability and their own terms are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for what each receives.

Purchases & refunds

Any paid items are digital products (for example a downloadable reading or a printable chart poster) sold and processed by a third-party payment provider on their secure checkout. Prices are shown at checkout. Because digital goods are delivered immediately:

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Precise and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its readings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions: hello@astroprecise.app.
