The Instrument

The Instrument

You arrived under a particular sky — a unique coordinate of matter, light, and consciousness that occurred exactly once and will never repeat. I keep the actual mathematics of that sky: planetary theory to within roughly an arcminute, 253 real stars, the geometry of light itself. This page is not prediction — it is orientation.

I The Clock of the Spheres

The sky tells time in gold and shadow.

Planetary hours are the living unequal divisions the ancients used — from sunrise the sequence of classical rulers repeats. This engraved wheel is both instrument and icon.

Tap a sector for hermetic lore • Sunrise-based unequal hours

Hermetic law: The hour of a planet is its throne. Work of that nature (Venus for love and art, Mars for severance and courage) is said to find the most willing ear of the cosmos.

Modern synthesis: Chronobiology and seasonal affective research echo the old observation that different times of day carry qualitatively different energies. Use the wheel as a beautiful, precise reminder to align intention with the actual sky.

VI Quantum Draw

Let indeterminacy choose.

One sigil for the day. We first try a true quantum random source (ANU's vacuum-fluctuation generator); if it cannot be reached we fall back to your device's hardware entropy — and we tell you which one answered. No pseudo-random theatre.

VII Consciousness Weather

Field conditions, not forecasts.

A surf report for awareness: the measured state of the geomagnetic field and solar wind, the computed state of the Moon and the day's transits — blended into one reading of conditions. What is measured is marked measured. What is symbolic is marked symbolic.

Measured feeds from NOAA SWPC — if a feed is down, we say so rather than fake it.

VIII The Precession Layer

The sky has drifted. We will not hide it.

Earth's axis wobbles once every ~25,772 years, so the zodiac signs and the constellations they were named for have drifted about 24° apart since the system was fixed. Most apps ignore this. Here it is a lens you can change.

IX True-Sky Time Travel

Stand under any sky.

Fly the solar system to any moment — a birth, a first kiss, a goodbye — and read the sky that held it. Memories become charts.
